Please read the following Risk Disclosures to help you understand the inherent risks involved in undertaking these activities .

Jet Boating

Risk disclosure – this activity involves a thrilling fast Jetboat ride on the river getting close to rocks, cliff faces, Hamilton Turns, walking down a steep track, embarking and disembarking a jetboat from a wharf.

I accept that this activity inherently involves risks and potential hazards. The risks and hazards include but are not limited to collisions with obstacles (rocks, Cliff faces, trees, debris, other vessels), high speed manoeuvres, grounding the Jetboat, capsize, and mechanical failures, natural hazards like earthquake, falling debris, flash flooding etc, bee stings.

I am aware that participating in the Jetboating activity offered by Sea 2 Summit Limited ( Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control, and responsibility. I acknowledge that these risks could result in but not limited to my injury (physical or mental), broken bones, dislocations, lacerations, drowning/secondary drowning, river entrapment, sprains, amputation, or even death.

Quad Bikes & Buggies

Risk disclosure – this activity involves ATV Riding/Driving across rough ground, working farm, farm paddocks, past stock, farm tracks, creeks, rocks, sand. The Farm has steep drop offs, fences, single lane tracks, bee hives, heat, cold and dust-mud-rain-water. It involves Physical exertion, close riding with a group, listening to instructions.

This activity involves you, as a participant to control your exposure to risks by not riding past your own abilities or showing off..

Ultimately, there is a risk of serious injury or death. I expressly agree to assume any risk of injury or damage to myself and/or my property whilst taking part in this activity.

I accept that this activity inherently involves potential risks and potential hazards. The potential risks and hazards include, but are not limited to eg rolling or flipping the ATV, hitting obstacles (such as trees, rocks or other riders) or being hit by other riders, falling off the ATV, mechanical failure, natural hazards like earthquake , fire, falling debris, bee stings.

I am aware that participating in the ATV activities offered by Sea 2 Summit Adventures Limited (Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control and responsibility.

I acknowledge that these risks could result in but not limited to my injury (physical or mental) including broken bones, lacerations, sprains, dislocations, crush injuries or even death.

Rafting

Risk disclosure – this activity involves scenic river Rafting/Kayaking trips and Cliff Jumping in a grade 2 river , a thrilling Jetboat ride, getting close to rocks, cliff faces , Hamilton turns, walking down a steep track and embarking and disembarking on a jetboat.

I accept that this activity inherently involves potential risks and potential hazards. The potential risks and hazards include, but are not limited to falling out of the Raft , flipping/capsizing the raft, fast flowing water, being pinned underwater , Jet - colliding with rocks, cliff faces , another vessel. Jetboat capsize, jetboat grounding, Cliff jumping- injury while jumping in, natural hazards like earthquake, falling debris, flash flooding etc.

I am aware that participating in the Rafting/Kayaking/Cliff Jumping activities offered by Sea 2 Summit Adventures Limited (Amuri Jet Adventures) can be hazardous if they are not conducted with care, control and responsibility.

I acknowledge that these risks could result in but not limited to my injury (physical or mental) drowning, secondary drowning slipping, cold , wet , heat, physical exertion, physical injuries, swimming, paddle slap, bruising, river entrapment, sand storm, bee sting , sprain, lacerations, broken bones or even death.
